RETURNS:

Relaxing Hammocks wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.If you are unhappy or have a problem with your purchase, please call 866-745-7202 or 717-881-1334 or email us at support@relaxinghammocks.com. Products in unused, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, minus the cost of original shipping to you. Each return is handled personally and individually. We want you, our customer, to be happy.

SHIPPING:

Items are shipped by FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail. In cases of large, heavy items, they may be sent by freight and you will be notified, if so. International shipping is also available through Bongo International at checkout.

If free shipping is offered, this pertains to the continental US, up to $100 in shipping charges. If shipping charges exceed $100, customer will be contacted.

WARRANTY:

The products we carry have different warranties per item, dependant upon the manufacturer. Feel free to call or email with any particular questions. If any item is defective or damaged, a replacement will be sent upon return and inspection of item. If item is defective or damaged, shipping will be paid.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax is added to orders from Pennsylvania.

REFUSED ORDERS:

Any orders returned because of refusal, without a legitimate reason, will be reshipped on a prepaid basis only.  Orders not reshipped will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee will be charged to your account along with the shipping charges associated to the order.

ERRORS:

Relaxing Hammocks will not honor a price error on the website. If an order is placed on a product that is is error, customer order will be cancelled, then customer will be notified of correct price, and a new order may be placed if customer so desires.
