The Hammock Protective Sleeve, or hammock sleeve, also known as a hammock sock allows you to leave your hammock out but still protect it from the elements. It works with any hammock without spreader bars by sliding the sleeve over one end of the hammock, then sliding it across to the other end to cover when not using. To use, just slide back ovet the strings, and hop in. The Hammock Protective Sleeve is made of coated polyester with a sealed seam and is fitted with a drawstring and a cord lock on each end to keep the water out.Then, just in case any water were ever to get inside from an extended driving rain, a grommeted weep hole is placed at the center, on the bottom side, to allow any water to escape.
